Changes in the Company's Management Board

As of 5 May 2023, Krzysztof Jackowski and Krystian Solawa were recalled from the Management Board of Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe sp. z o.o.
Krzysztof Jackowski served as Vice President of the Management Board of Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe sp. z o.o. since 16 November 2021. At the Company, he was in charge of commercial, regulatory, execution and control areas of the project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland.
Krystian Solawa served as a Member of the Management Board of Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe sp. z o.o. since 1 May 2022. At the Company, he was in charge of financial, IT and cybersecurity areas.
