Krzysztof Jackowski

Appointed Vice President of the Management Board of Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe sp. z o.o. on 16 November 2021.

His responsibilities in Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe include legal and regulatory risks affecting proper implementation of the Program, as well as business cooperation with partners engaged in the NP Program.

From 1 January 2019  to December 2022 he was a Vice President of the Management Board of GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. Until December 2018 he was also a  Director of the Service Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure, and from July 2017 a member of the Supervisory Board of OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. He was responsible for the ownership supervision of PSE S.A., OGP GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. and PERN S.A., including the strategic investments of these companies. He developed legal acts concerning the energy sector and was responsible for the area of international cooperation of the Plenipotentiary.

During his professional career he worked in law firms. He headed the Department of Legislation and Deposit Protection in the Department of Geological Supervision of the Ministry of the Environment. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Naftoserwis sp. z o.o.

Mr Jackowski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed a course in American law at the Center for American Law at the University of Warsaw. He is a licensed solicitor. He also completed postgraduate studies in the field of energy industry.
